Bargaining surveys are an important first step in voicing your concerns and putting expectations into a binding, written agreement.
It is crucial, especially in this current economic climate, that you participate in the bargaining process. Employers will apply financial restraints when placed under pressure, and public-sector workers, such as you, are particularly vulnerable to financial cuts.
But you deserve more than this. You deserve a fair collective agreement that will see your workplace well being is placed first.
